His role in CDD is handling Administration related work; Assisting for all Trainings, Meetings and Programmes inside and outside CDD Office; Liasioning and supporting al the staff with their work inside and outside CDD Office.

Having a vast experience consisting of 10+ years commercial / Profit making organsations and companies and 23+ years of experience in not-for-profit organisations.My Career started after joining as articled student in a Charatered Accountants firm for 3 years and continuing as Audit Incharges for next 3 years.Followed by joining as Senior Ofificer Finance and Accounts in a Manufacturing Industry heading Finance and Accounts for 3 years,later joined Pepsi Botlling and manufaturing Co. as Executive Finance and Accounts for 3.5 years, further joined as Project Accountant in Society/NGO (funding from PLAN INTERNATIONAL )called SAMUHA working in IRDP(Integrated Rural Development Project) in the area of Health, Education,Community Leadership,Micro Finance,Disability, HIV/AIDS etc covering 300+ villages for almost 10+ years, finally promoted as Central Chief Accountant and Internal Auditor overseeing almost 20+ branch and regional Accountants. Now present serving the organsation CDD Society for more than 12+ years, initially joined as Co-ordinator Finance & Accounts looking after all areas such as Accounts,finance,taxation,auditing and liasoning all consultants, bankers, advocates, vendors, auditors etc etc, now serving as Internal Auditor.

Academic and general reading and always passionate to streamline, rationalise and simplify organisation systems and procedures without crossing the limits of local laws of land and donor guidelines and safegaurding management and orgaisation interests and by minimisation risks involved through internal auditin experiences.

I have around 18+ years of experience in secretarial, administrative & HR functions. Graduated in secretarial & office administration from Bangalore University. A keen learner, is always eager to learn new things on the professional and personal front and excel in the same. Joined CDD in July 2019 as a Sr. Executive Assistant (earlier assisted The Programs Director & currently assisting The CEO. 1. Assisting the CEO in all his day to day activities – calendar management, time management, travel, coordination, documentation, PPT’s & filing, etc., 2. Arranging internal/ external meetings, preparing & mail MOM to the concerned teams/ departments. 3. Scheduling external meetings – travelling & boarding arrangements 4.
