Mr. Reuter started his career with Bremen Overseas Research & Majority of houses in the urban and peri-urban regions in and around expanding cities of India are served by on-site sanitation systems such as septic tanks and toilets without sewer connections. The faecal sludges collected from these systems are usually discharged untreated into the same urban and peri-urban environment, posing great risks to water resources and to public health.

Our Capacity Building Unit conducted a training for Health Instructors on "Menstrual Hygiene Management" at Gramalaya Niwas in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
